The EAM alert may include, but is not limited to, the following information:

  • Box Number
  • Map Number
  • Incident Number
  • Incident Type
  • Location / Address
  • Map of the Incident Location
  • Units Assigned
  • Ground or Tactical Channels
  • Initial Time of Dispatch
  • Hydrant Information (When connected to the FireOps-RMS Hydrant Module.
  • Preplan Information (When connected to the Fire-Ops Pre-Incident Building Survey  Module

While the in-station EAM system waits for an incident to display, the EAM system will “page” through several screens that can include, but are not limited to the following informational screens :

  • weather alerts
  • Road closures
  • Traffic Reports
  • and other vital information

The EAM phone and tablet app will also display:

  • Real-time updates to the incident
  • Incident Comments/Notes
  • Detailed Preplan information
  • Details Hydrant information
